The before image was taken 9 years ago. Her skin was suffering from hyperpigmentation, uneven texture and tone. She had overall volume loss and had hollowing under her eyes as well as flattened cheeks and droopy skin in her lower face. Her after photo shows healthy, radiant skin and she looks to be younger than 9 years ago. She has not had surgery.

The patient wanted to transform her facial expressions and change it from a tired look to how she really felt. Vibrant and energetic. She wanted to address her skin, wrinkles, and loss of volume.

The Rejuvent Approach
Before her loss of volume was addressed the patient was prescribed a skincare management regimen rich in collagen-boosting ingredients, peptides, retinol, and antioxidants. She started a spa treatment plan that included IPLs to lighten the hyperpigmentation, Rejuvapen microneedling to boost collagen and Chemical Peels to help improve the texture and tone of her skin. She enjoyed Dermaplaning treatments to exfoliate her skin, and remove peach fuzz hair.
Next, she started a schedule of Liquid Facelifts with Dr. Bomer to add lost volume to under her eyes, cheeks, jawbone, nasolabial folds and lips. She also received Botox and Dysport to improve her crow’s feet, brow, glabella, and forehead.
Injectables used: Juvéderm XC, Voluma, Restylane Defyne, Restylane Lyft, Botox and Dysport.
