The before image was taken two years ago, you can see the skin is uneven in tone and texture, she has volume loss under eyes, cheeks, lips and her appearance is more mature. After her procedures her skin is more radiant, the tone and texture much improved. Her lips are fuller and more proportional to her face, her eyes are more open and less tired looking and she look more refreshed and youthful.
Beautiful Lips with Juvéderm and Restylane Refyne
The patient wanted to restore volume to her lips and improve the overall shape. Dr. Bomer and Dr. Bouzoukis injected Juvéderm as well as Restylane Refyne in her lips several times over 2 years as part of Liquid Facelift sessions. The first time the patient received filler injections on her lips she metabolized it very fast, now her lips are used to filler, and she has injections once a year.

The patient was not happy with the gums showing when she smiled. She had Botox injected by Nurse Linda Esposito and she is very happy with her post-injection look. The after image was taken 3 weeks after injection.
Upper Eyelid Surgery – Blepharoplasty
The patient was unhappy with her hooded eyes and wanted to open them up and remove excess skin. Dr. Bomer performed her surgery and as you can see in the after photo which was taken 3 months post-op her eyes are more open and the eyelids more youthful.

This patient had many areas she wanted to work on. She was unhappy with the quality of her skin, her gummy smile, hooded eyelids, under eye dark circles, facial moles, thin lips, and the fact that she was slowly losing facial volume.

The Rejuvent Approach
The very first item on the list was to prescribe her with a full regimen of medical-grade skin-care with ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and ceramides. As her skin began its transformation she had Fotofacial IPLs to fade dark pigmentation, Chemical Peels to improve her skin’s texture and Rejuvapen to boost her collagen production.
