Greetings from Rejuvent,

We appreciate the support and well wishes from all of our patients during these difficult times. We likewise send our wishes for continued health to all of you.  We are happy to announce Rejuvent will be partially re-opening on June 22nd.

We remain concerned about COVID-19. Maximizing the safety of staff and patients is our priority. Upon re-opening, we will be seeing fewer patients per day, to allow for thorough sanitizing between appointments. We will be limiting injection appointments to Botox initially with Linda. Spa appointments will also be limited initially. Dr. Bouzoukis will start seeing patients on the 29th.

Dr. Bomer is currently recovering from a severe neck and skull base injury (an exacerbation of an old injury). She is gradually getting better but is unsure how soon she will be physically able to work.
 
Dr. Bomer and Dr. Bouzoukis have been participating in multiple aesthetic medical webinars as well as medico-legal webinars to prepare Rejuvent for safe re-opening and ensure we are following the new standards of care set forth by our governing medical societies. Please be aware, when you do come in for your appointment, there will be changes to the process.
 
  • Mask wearing in medical offices is currently the standard of care set forth by multiple medical organizations.
  • Masks covering the mouth and nose will be required to be worn by patients and staff while inside Rejuvent. Masks will be removed for photographs and during injections that are around the nose and mouth. Masks will be provided prior to entering the building.
  • If you are not willing to wear a mask please call and cancel your appointment.
  • When you arrive, please stay in your car and call the office 480 889-8880 prior to entering the building and a REJUVENT STAFF MEMBER WILL ESCORT YOU INSIDE.
  • Spouses, children, other relatives or friends will not be allowed to accompany you inside during your appointment.
  • Your temperature will be checked, if you have a fever your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL.
 
We understand that everyone’s life has changed during COVID-19.  Rescheduling for us is a complex problem to solve efficiently and fairly. To streamline the process, we need your help. This is the structure we will follow to get appointments scheduled:
 
If you had an appointment scheduled between 3/24 and 7/31 email us at appointments@rejuvent.com and let us know YES or NO if you would like an appointment from 6/22 – 7/31. Include your phone number if your answer is YES. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please remember we have 3 months of canceled appointments to reschedule. If we do not get a YES reply by 6/22 we will cancel any upcoming appointments you may have between 6/22 and 7/31.
 
We will call back those of you who responded yes to reschedule your spa or injection appointment.
 
We request patience and understanding as we work to get everyone rescheduled. We know there will be difficulty rescheduling all the missed appointments, in light of our reduced scheduling availabilities due to COVID and Dr. Bomer’s injury. If you prefer to seek injections elsewhere in the meantime we understand.
