About Dr. Bomer Graduating with honors from the University of California at San Diego in Chemistry and Mathematics, Dr. Kelly Vanderbilt Bomer received her M.D. degree in New Orleans, Louisiana from Tulane University School of Medicine, again graduating with honors. She trained in Surgery at the University of Chicago after which, she received her full training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and is Board Certified. Dr. Bomer completed her Cosmetic Surgery specialization with a surgical fellowship in Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Chicago and the North Shore Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Bomer has given numerous presentations on all aspects of cosmetic surgery. She is published in various medical journals and has been granted awards for her publications. She was honored with the Women in Medicine Award at Tulane University and is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha. Her other society memberships include the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Bomer opened Rejuvent Medical Spa & Surgery in July of 2004. Dr. Bomer's artistic style is evident not only in her creation of the building & interior design, but in her custom fabrication of the mahogany Japanese soaking tub and mahogany steam table for the Medical Spa. No detail is missed. It is evident that Dr. Bomer chooses to care for her patients by offering innovative healing & rejuvenating therapies & treatments at every step of the renewal journey. More importantly, her art studies in southern France meld with surgery for the most refined surgical results. Artistic talent runs in the family; her Aunt was Susan Smyly, world renown sculptor.
